1、Verifies compliance with Brand Standard Audit (BSA) requirements of Marriott International throughout the operations.

2、Identifies key areas of risk in various food operations and takes pre-emptive remedial action.

3、Conducts and records daily kitchen inspections on the personal, environmental and food hygiene conditions and provides corrective action plans as necessary.

4、Conducts regular vendor inspections in partnership with purchasing and culinary leadership.

5、Conducts regular inspections on the kitchen of kitchen equipment and verifies defects and non-conformities are remedied by the appropriate parties.

6、Liaise with pest control company for any pest issues and monitors pest control performance.

7、 Regularly reviews and refreshes the food safety standards of all food handlers withing the property.

8、Advises and monitors food handlers on the proper good handling practices and verifies their observance.

9、Conduct hygiene related training to associate with hand outs and keep attendance records.

10、It plays an obvious guiding role in daily operations.

11、If anyone violates local regulations and Marriott Food Safety System standards, please report to your supervisor and resolve the issue immediately.

12、 Will establish a good business relation with local hygiene bureau
和当地所属的食品监督所保持良好的工作关系。
13、Has to attend any hygiene inspections with local authorities who come to inspect hotel.

14、Takes food sample and get them analyzed. In house or external.
做好对内对外的食品留样工作并加以分析。
15、 Applies fully with hotel rules and regulations as per associate hand book.
严格依据员工手册遵守酒店内的规章制度。
16、 Handles complaints or enquiries from customers and local food stagey and health departments on food hygiene matters.
处理顾客、本地食物安全及卫生部门有关食物卫生事宜的投诉或查询。
17、 When you encounter any problems or complaints, please contact your superiors in time.
当遇到任何问题或是投诉问题时,请及时和你的上级取得联系。
18、Supervise and coordinate operations are in compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
监督和协调操作符合卫生和食品安全标准。
18、 Advises on proper food handling practices and provides food hygiene training for all new hires and trainees.
就正确的食品处理方法提供建议,并为所有新员工和实习生提供食品卫生培训。
