Responsibilities:

1. Ensures that Brand Standards are met or exceeded at all times, in the spa and health club and in all areas designed for well-being activities.
确保任何时候在水疗中心，健身室以及酒店所有区域内员工自身行为需符合品牌标准或做得更好。
2. To keep abreast of industry trends and competition and suggest new ways to consistently improve the operation.
了解行业趋势和竞争对手的最新情况，为改善经营提出新的意见。
3. To meet and greet visiting journalists within the property and if necessary entertain and answer questions regarding the spa and all wellness related activities.
在酒店内接待参观媒体，必要时招待并回答关于水疗及相关活动的问题。
4. To monitor all costs, recommend measures to control them and implement these measures after review with parties concerned.
管理所有费用，与相关部门讨论后建议和采取控制费用的措施。
5. To ensure the safety of all guests using the health club facilities.
确保所有客人在使用设备时的安全。
Job Specs
职位要求
1. Degree or Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent.
大专以上学历，酒店管理或相关专业的文凭或职业证书。
2. 8 years related experience including 5 years’ experience in SPA operations or equivalent combination of education and experience.
8年以上相关工作经验，其中5年需从事水疗行业
3. Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others.
与人交往时善于运用沟通技巧
4. Demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, then brand and the Company.
