Responsibilities 工作职责:
1. Implement all sales action plans related to the respective market as outlined in the hotel revenue plan and achieve the necessary goals and targets set.
根据酒店收益计划中的概述,实施与各自细分市场相关的所有销售行动计划,达到所需要的目标。
2. Closely monitor accounts revenue and business production for all accounts portfolio of the sales team both rooms and catering business.
为所有销售团队包括房间销售和宴会销售,紧密监督所有客户的账户收入和产量。
3. Be responsible for ensuring a smooth and rational work flow in the hotel, within the sales department, in particular Reservations and Catering Sales department and other departments that concerns VIP government arrivals.
确保酒店销售部门流畅合理的工作氛围,尤其是酒店内的预订部、宴会销售部和其他与政府贵宾入住的相关部门。
4. Assist DOSM in forecasting all the KPIs related to rooms in terms of revenue, occupancy and ADR.
协助市场销售总监预测所有与酒店房间收入,占有率和平均房价相关的关键业务指标。
5. Be involved in drawing up the Business Revenue Plan and budget of the hotel for specific market segment.
参与制定收益计划和酒店特定市场部分的预算。
Job Specs 职位要求
Education Background: Minimum College Degree.
学历:大专以上学历
Experience 工作经验:
1. 3 years or above working experiences in sales as senior manager level with knowledge in corporate and MICE segment
担任高级销售经理3年以上,熟悉公司和会议方面业务
2. Experience in a chain of hotels (local or international)
连锁酒店工作经验(当地或国际)
3. Working experience in Guangdong Market is an advantage
有广东市场工作经验者优先
