Responsibilities工作职责：
1. Make plans, budgets and execution of the hotel advertising campaigns in liaison with the company’s official advertising agency.
与专业广告公司联系，制定并执行酒店的广告预算和对外广告发布。
2. Coordinate and implement communications plan for Hotel activities.
协调并执行酒店活动和促销计划。
3. Develop good relations with the media (print, broadcast, etc.) and implementation of the hotel’s publicity campaign.
与媒体（平面、电台等）建立良好的关系，执行酒店的市场宣传活动。
4. Ensure press releases are sent to all local & regional newspapers and magazines on all happenings/ events.
及时发布酒店活动新闻稿至各类报纸杂志。
Job Specs 职位要求：
1. Bachelor Degree and above. Major in Marketing, Business Management or related majors.
本科学历以上，主修市场营销或管理相关专业。
2. Minimum 2 years of work experience in a Marcom Manager role in a similar capacity international hotel.
工作经验：类似规模国际酒店2年以上市场传讯经理经验。
3. Word, Excel, Web and basic knowledge of Desktop Publishing System.
Word, Excel; Web 和基本台式印刷系统知识。
4. Organized, detail-oriented and with good administrative skill.
条理清晰，明确导向性及良好的行政管理技巧。
5.With relevant work experience in Marcom or PR, be proficient in shooting and producing short videos, possess media and public relations resources, and excel at event planning and market operations. Experience as an e-channel product manager or a digital manager is not required.
有Marcom或PR相关工作经验，擅长拍摄及制作短视频，有媒体公关资源，善于策划活动和市场运作。不要求具备电子渠道产品经理、数字营销经理相关工作经验。
