Responsibilities 工作职责
1.To insure to check operating status of all equipment and keep them in a good condition.
确保所管辖的系统及附属设备的环节能高效运行和保证设备处于优良的状态中。
2.Make inspections of all areas of the building and grounds to ensure safety operation; supervision of works in progress and notify defects to be corrected.
检查室内外的设施设备确保正常运转并检查工作的进展情况，对错误的情况及时更正。
3.To ensure preventive schedule and breakdown maintenance for all electrical works is carried out.
确保所有电气、弱电系统的预防性保养和紧急维修的执行。
4.To control function of generator, transformer, low / high tension switch gear
监控发电机，变压器，低高压开关柜的正常运行。
5.To arrange checking fire-fighting system regularly.
定期安排检查消防系统。
6.Reports any abnormal or extraordinary incidents to the Duty Engineer and Asst. Chief Engineer for his action and follow up
向值班工程师、副总工程师汇报异常的或特别的事件, 以便其行动和跟进.
Job Specs 职位要求
1.Graduated from professional school.
专业技术学校毕业。
2.Should have high tension electric certificate.
具有高压电工证。
3.Knowledge of hotel electric、transformer room 、generator supply system.
掌握酒店强电、变电所、发电机供电系统。
4.Familiar with hotel engineering equipment maintenance and repair.
熟悉酒店工程设备的维护和保养。
5.Basic mechanic knowledge.
基本的机械方面的知识。
