预订部经理/副经理 Reservation Manager/ Reservation Supervisor

1.Supervise the taking of reservations and operate systems in accordance with company standards.
根据公司标准监督接纳的预订及操作系统。
2.Conduct quality control checks on all revenue management systems to ensure on-going data accuracy and system maintenance.
对收益系统实施质量管理，以确保数据的准确性并实时维护各操作系统。
3.Maintain a consistent selling strategy across IDeaS Yield, Opera Front Office, OnQ R&I and ensue maximum use of availability controls in all systems.
保持在各个操作系统：Ideals收益系统, Opera前台营运系统，OnQ R&I系统中价格策略的一致性。
4.Ensure successful strategy in laid out in regards all revenue streams in the hotel (rooms, banquet, and restaurants etc.)
确保在酒店所有收入中心制定成功的策略（客房，宴会，餐饮等）。
5.Remain fully conversant with the uses & applications of all systems relating to revenue management.
精通所有与收益管理有关的系统的应用。
6. Record and analyze all refused, lost, cancelled and waitlist business for rooms and ensuring reasons are tracked. Propose and implement changes to maximize RevPAR.
记录和分析所有客房的拒绝、丢失、取消等业务并确保这些业务的进一步跟进。
7.Ensure the well-being of all reservations department personnel and compile departmental working schedule.
确保预订部门所有员工良好的状态，并制定预订部门所有人员工作日程。
8. Audit operating standards & procedures in the reservations department to ensure they comply with company practices.
审核部门运作标准和流程以确保符合公司标准。
9. Ensure all activities and traces are followed up on in a timely manner and results of such recorded.
确保及时跟进所有预订的备注并做好记录和备案。
10. Ensure rate parity in all channels.
确保所有渠道的价格一致性。
11.Controls are applied to achieve a maximization of rooms revenue for the hotel. Ensure to Pro-actively evaluate availability controls as per required standards and all restrictions are recorded.
在必要时应用不同的约束手段实现客房收益。确保适时回顾可用性及有效性并记录所有应用的约束手段。
