· In the absence of a
Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational
requirements are known.

·Endeavour to resolve
all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further

·Supervise cash
handling and banking procedures处理现金和银行程序。
·Prepare daily banking
and cash flow reports准备日常的流动现金报告。
·Establish and instruct
staff in cash security procedures建立及教导员工安全的收款程序。
·Deal with irregular
payments安排处理不同的付款方式。
·Supervise the
maintenance of service equipment保持服务及设施。
·Monitor standards of
guest facilities and services按照标准服务客人使用设施和提供服务。
·Control stock and
monitor security procedures控制货存,按安全守则工作。
·Assist with menu and
wine list creation协助餐牌和酒牌的创作更新。
·Supervise functions管理监督的功能。
·Supervise outlet
service管理监督服务。
