2.1 To compile and update the press release distribution list.

3.1 Participate in the planning and coordination of all hotel promotions.

4.1 Responsible for the design and production of all hotel promotional materials in adherence with the hotel guidelines.

4.2 In charge of any photo shooting for promotional purposes。
负责任何有关酒店推广照片的拍摄。
4.3 To ensure that all designs of brochures, flyers, posters and advertising are done accordingly to the hotel guidelines and standards.

4.4 To walk through the hotel at least once daily to make certain that all display of the hotel promotional materials are placed properly and are accordingly to the hotel guidelines.

4.5 In charge of the distribution of all promotional materials and constantly review the current distribution channels and come up with new ideas for enhancement.

5.1 Responsible for controlling the cost incurred for all design and production of promotional materials and advertising to avoid any over-spending.

5.2 Monthly update on the actual expenses for record purposes and put together justification for any variance.

6. Hotel Image 酒店形象
6.1 Assist the hotel management in maintaining a positive image of the hotel.

6.2 Act as the key contact person of the hotel for all media.

6.3 Responsible for the controlling of any use of the hotel premises for any professional filming or photo shooting arranged by outsiders.

6.4 Ensure all information related to the hotel is up to date in both external and internal publications and websites.

7.1 Coach and counsel associates to ensure timely rectification of performance.

9.1 Ensure that all associates in the department are properly dressed in uniforms or business attire and the general appearance are according to the hotel standard.

9.2 Conducting business accordingly to the hotel guidelines and local law
按照酒店方针和本地法律来执行商业销售活动。
9.3 Compliance to the standards set up for the Marketing operation including telephone handling, punctuality, hotel rules, regulations and LSOPs.
