1. Have a high sense of security and responsibility, responsible for the safety of members.
具有高度的安全意识和责任感，对会员安全负责。
2. Do a good job in swimmers' safety management.
做好游泳者的安全管理。
3. Pay close attention to the situation in the pool, and take effective help measures decisively and quickly for various abnormal situations.
密切注意池内情况，对于各种异常情况，果断迅速的采取有效求助措施。
4. Regular business technology learning, exchange experience with each other, and constantly improve the level of business.
定期进行业务技术学习，相互交流经验，不断提高业务水平。
Required Qualifications 任职要求:
1. Familiar with swimming pool, beach bar service knowledge, master swimming and lifesaving first aid technology, know swimming hygiene disinfection knowledge;熟悉游泳池，沙滩吧服务知识，掌握游泳和救生急救技术，懂得游泳卫生消毒知识；
2. Have the ability to perform first aid in water and manual rescue on land.有在水中进行急救和在陆地上进行人工救护的能力。
3．This position requires a lifeguard certificate.
此岗位要求有救生员证书。
