Qualifications任职资格:
1.Educational backgroud:Fresh graduates bachelor's degree or above, major in Hotel Management, Tourism Management.
学历背景:应届本科及以上学历,旅游管理和酒店管理专业优先考虑。
2.Language ability:Proficient in speaking in both Chinese and English. CET-4 or above is preferred; having good communication skills and being able to communicate with guests fluently.
良好的英语表达能力,大学英语四级及以上优先考虑;具备良好的沟通能力,能与宾客流畅交流。
3.Having a strong sense of service and responsibility, being patient, careful and enthusiastic; having good communication and coordination skills and team spirit; being able to adapt to shift work and the fast-paced working environment of the hotel.
具备强烈的服务意识和责任心,耐心、细心、热情;拥有良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神;能适应酒店轮班制度及快节奏的工作环境。
Job Responsibilities岗位职责:
1.Assist front desk staff in completing basic work such as guest reception, check-in, check-out, room status inquiry, and reservation confirmation. Proficiency in operating the hotel's PMS system to ensure smooth guest check-in process and accurate information entry.
前台日常运营协助:协助前台员工完成宾客接待、入住登记、退房办理、房态查询、预订确认等基础工作,熟练操作酒店PMS系统,确保宾客入住流程顺畅、信息录入准确。
2.Proactively respond to guest inquiries, patiently answer guests' questions about hotel facilities, surrounding transportation, scenic spots, etc.; promptly handle simple guest complaints and needs, and report to superiors in a timely manner if unable to solve, so as to improve guest satisfaction and experience.
宾客服务保障:主动回应宾客咨询,耐心解答宾客关于酒店设施、周边交通、旅游景点等相关问题;及时处理宾客简单投诉及需求,无法解决的及时上报上级领导,提升宾客满意度和体验感。
3.Assist in sorting out various documents and reports at the front desk and doing a good job in data filing; be responsible for the inventory, supplement and management of front desk supplies to ensure sufficient office supplies and reception supplies; cooperate with other departments to complete guest-related collaborative work to ensure the overall operational efficiency of the hotel.
日常事务:协助整理前台各类单据、报表,做好资料归档工作;负责前台物资的清点、补充和管理,确保办公用品、接待用品充足;配合其他部门完成宾客相关的协同工作,保障酒店整体运营效率。
4.Strictly abide by the hotel's rules and regulations and service standards, maintain a good appearance and service attitude, actively and enthusiastically receive every guest, convey the hotel's brand concept, and maintain the hotel's good external image.
遵守酒店规章制度和服务标准,保持良好的仪容仪表和服务态度,主动热情接待每一位宾客,传递酒店品牌理念,维护酒店良好的对外形象。
5.Obey the arrangement of superiors, complete other temporary work assigned by leaders, and actively cooperate with various operational activities and management work of the hotel.
服从上级领导的安排,完成领导交办的其他临时性工作,积极配合酒店的各项运营活动和管理工作。
