Responsible for the high standards of cleanlinessand services. Ensure hotel assets got good maintained and protection. Take care ofall the team members.

Handleall items with care and take inventory.

1. In charge of Recreation Center operation, training and management.
全面负责康乐中心的运营,培训和管理。
2. Guides and monitors Recreation Center attendant work performance.
指导和监督康乐服务员工作表现。
3. Ensure all the associate got necessary and efficient training.
确保所有分部员工得到必要的、有效的培训。
4. Reports and follows up on any maintenance requirements in close co-operation with engineering department, and ensure that they are remedied promptly.
同工程部密切合作,汇报并跟踪维修工作的进展,以便能及时完成维修任务。
5. Ensures that staff uses and maintains cleaning equipment and machines in a proper way. Cleaning equipment and machine are to be stored and good working condition.
保证员工妥当使用和保养设备,并维持清洁设备干净和工作正常的使用状态。
6. Ensures that supplies for Public Area are replenished timely and that regulations of the department and hotel are being followed.
确保本部门的供应能及时补充到位,部门和酒店的规章制度都能遵守。
7. Checks so associates are neat and well presented at all times. Proper usage of chemical with minimum wastage.
员工能够正确使用化学药品, 尽可能减少浪费。
8. Inspect the Fit Lounge area regularly during shift.
巡查康乐中心的所有区域。
9. Monitor daily section logbook, sign out and hand-over efficiently.
督导部门交班本的填写,下班签退,确保交班有效性。
10. Prevent and resolve grievances.
避免和调解抱怨。
11. Discipline staff when necessary.
约束员工遵守纪律。
12. Check Recreation associate’s grooming, personal hygiene and appearance.
检查康乐部员工的仪表,个人卫生和形象。
13. Ensure the duty roster preparation is reasonable and efficient.
确保员工排班合理,高效。
14. Provide ongoing advice and support to associate under your supervision.
给予所管辖的员工以不断的建议和支持。
15. Deliver high quality service to guests.
提供高品质的对客服务。
16. Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are me.
确保客人需求与合理的要求被满足。
17. Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.
坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况。
18. Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements.
依照酒店要求记录安全日志和事故记录。
19. Sport checks the event service and cleaning standards, any problems deal timely.
现场跟进服务质量及卫生质量,发现问题及时解决。
20. Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors.
完成你上级交待的其它任务。
21. Be familiar with hotel and guest privacy policy, and follow it strictly.
熟知酒店和客人信息隐私保护政策,并严格遵守。
