Asst.Manager is response to the training and implementation of all departmentregulation, rule, procedure and policy. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the implementation, and make any correcting and rectifying suggestions.
协助完成部门所有的规章制度,政策及流程并开展培训。监督及评估完成的情况,并进行相应的改进及提出整改意见。
Assist Loss Prevention Officer to ensure the safety of guest and associate and their property. Participate in investigation and report in accident & incident if necessary.
In the absence of manager, Asst. Manager may take the entire responsibility,attend daily Executive Meeting, response to any emergency and make decision,etc.
确保每一位防损员明确其保护客人及员工财产安全的职责。如有必要,参与事故事件的调查并撰写报告。部门领导不在时,担负所有的负责,参加行政会议,处理紧急事件并做出决定等等。
