Assists supervisor/team leader in best practice and continuously seeks to improve existing standards and procedures and communicates the same to higher level

Handles operating equipment and furniture with care

Responds attentive and assertive to guest needs in appropriate manner and time or as per standard

Maintains assigned tables, clears and removes plates as per needs, serves drinks and food as per standard

Maintains clean and impeccable order in the working areas

Be updated with food and beverages knowledge required to carry out duties
更新餐饮知识并在工作中运用
Supports Team Leaders in the sections when needed

Provides a link between kitchen and service areas
在厨房与厅面间起到桥梁的作用
Provides table and/or counter service of alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages
在餐厅或吧台提供含/不含酒精的饮料
Consistently monitors quality of food and beverage being served and report any issue to the team leader/supervisor or assistant outlet manager.
始终如一检测食品饮料的质量,并向上级及时反馈
Must have basic food and beverage knowledge
