Job Summary
To develop, plan and manage the learning and development programs for all team Members to meet both the individual and organizational needs and to ensure that Atlantis Sanya is the Employer of Choice.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1.To plan, manage and administer the pre-opening training plans and requirements for Atlantis Sanya.
2.To plan, design and facilitate the delivery of the following programs:
Orientations
Customer service
Performance management
Supervisory skills
Managerial skills
Sales
And any other programs as required.
3.To plan, manage and facilitate departmental training.
4.To develop and manage a pool of departmental trainers to ensure that regular and consistent departmental training is delivered to fulfill the needs of all operational departments.
5. To develop, plan and manage the training function and the training resources.
6. To develop, plan and manage e-learning programs as determined by Training Needs Analysis and Atlantis Sanya.
7.To administer an annual Training Needs Analysis and to plan the required programs accordingly.
8.To design or facilitate the design of the necessary programs as identified in the annual Training Needs Analysis.
9.To deliver or facilitate the delivery of the necessary programs.
10. To facilitate the feedback received from programs and to manage and administer them appropriately.
11. To collate all Development Plans form Individual Performance Appraisals to ensure that individual Team Member requirements that achieve individual and organizational goals are followed through.
12.To liaise with all external institutions and organizations for all appropriate external programs that Team members will be nominated for and administer the total process.
13.To liaise with required external consultants and facilitate the delivery of identified programs to fulfill the needs of Atlantis Sanya.
14. To develop and manage the programs for all Management Trainees.
15.To liaise and manage all pre-opening support for Team Members.
16. To execute any other duties as assigned by Vice President, Human Resources.
