Job Summary
He/shewill implement, lead and manage the entire resort Food & Beverageoperations and to achieve the highest standards. He/she will abide with theinstructions and laws issued by the Chinese authorities, HACCP requirement andcompany’s set standards whichever is higher in connection to food handling,hygiene and food storage.
Who we are looking for?
- Currently F&B leader ( DF&B - ADF&B ) in 5star, international luxury brand for more than 2 years
- Multi- F&B large operation experience ( All day dining, catering.)
- Commercially savvy, able to analysis data and establish a solid business case/ plan
- Black Pearl / Michelin star expertise is a benefit
- Restaurant / catering background
- Disciplined, self-aware, charismatic, outgoing, Sense of style
- Independent thinking and high level of managing change
- Fluent English
