岗位职责
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1、Lead the creative design team, formulate and implement design strategies and plans to ensure the team efficiently completes design projects.
领导创意设计团队，制定并执行设计策略和计划，确保团队高效完成设计项目。
2、Collaborate closely with other departments to provide strong creative design support.
与其他各部门紧密协作提供有力的创意设计支持。
3、Take the lead in the creative design direction of various projects in the resort, including but not limited to brand image design, product packaging design, promotional material design, etc., to ensure the design style aligns with the brand positioning.
主导度假区的各类项目的创意设计方向，包括但不限于品牌形象设计、产品包装设计、宣传物料设计等，确保设计风格与品牌定位。
4、Use hand - drawing skills to quickly visualize creative concepts, provide a clear creative blueprint for the design team, and guide the design work.
运用手绘技能，快速将创意概念可视化，为设计团队提供清晰的创意蓝本，指导设计工作开展。
5、Proficiently use C4D for 3D modeling and animation production, create visually impactful 3D design works for applications such as product display and promotional videos.
熟练使用 C4D 进行三维建模与动画制作，打造具有视觉冲击力的 3D 设计作品，应用于产品展示、宣传视频等场景。
6、Be responsible for the overall design and development of the company's IP image, from concept design, image shaping to peripheral product design, ensuring the uniqueness and market competitiveness of the IP image.
负责公司 IP 形象的整体设计与开发，从概念构思、形象塑造到周边产品设计，确保 IP 形象的独特性与市场竞争力。
7、Skillfully use AI technology for image processing and optimization to improve the quality and effect of design works.
熟练运用 AI 技术进行图片处理与优化，提升设计作品的质量与效果。
岗位要求
Job Requirements:
1、Have a solid foundation in hand - drawing, be able to skillfully use various hand - drawing tools to quickly and accurately express design ideas.
具备扎实的手绘功底，能够熟练运用各种手绘工具，快速准确地表达设计创意。
2、Be proficient in C4D functions such as modeling, materials, and animation, have rich C4D design works, and be able to independently complete complex 3D design projects.
精通 C4D 建模、材质、动画等功能，有丰富的 C4D 设计作品，能够独立完成复杂的三维设计项目。
3、Have rich experience in IP image design, be able to accurately grasp market needs and fashion trends, and create IP images with market influence.
具有丰富的 IP 形象设计经验，能够准确把握市场需求与流行趋势，打造具有市场影响力的 IP 形象。
4、Master AI software, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, etc., and be able to skillfully use AI for creative design and production of images and videos.
熟练掌握 AI 软件，包括 Adobe Illustrator、Adobe After Effects 等，能够熟练运用 AI 进行图片及视频的创意设计与制作。
5、Those with successful brand design, IP image design or large - scale promotional project design experience are preferred.
有成功的品牌设计、IP 形象设计或大型宣传项目设计经验者优先。
6、Have more than 5 years of creative design work experience, have keen market insight and innovative thinking, and be able to constantly innovate and put forward unique creative design solutions.
具有 5 年以上创意设计工作经验，具有敏锐的市场洞察力与创新思维，能够不断推陈出新，提出独特的创意设计方案。
