As a Guest Service Manager, we rely on you to

1. Provide highstandard service in accordance with department standards andprocedures.
2. Communicate to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and otherrelevant information.
3. Personally handle guest’s needs and complaints and followthrough accordingly.
4. Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensureInterContinental Ambassador Loyalty.
5. Supports and assists Front Office personnel and all departments at peak periods.
6. Assists Guest Relations in greeting, rooming, and sending off VIP guests.
7. Fully conversant with all hotel emergency procedures.
