1.Provide highstandard service in accordance with department standards and
procedures.

3. Be responsible for the daily maintenance of hotel guest relations to
ensure guest satisfaction.

appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
5. Conduct regular analyses of guests' feedback and propose suggestions for
service improvement.

2.与上级领导交流有关疑难，客人意见和其它相关信息。
3.负责酒店宾客关系的日常维护，确保宾客满意度。
4.正确处理客人的投诉。
5.定期分析宾客意见，提出服务改进建议。
