Job Purpose:

To direct, control and co-ordinate all outlet activities ensuring the outlet meets it’s financial and guest satisfaction objectives.
指导，控制协调所有厅面的活动，确保厅面达到财务和客人满意指标。
KEY RESULT AREAS
主要工作职责
1. Provides guidanceand assistance to the outlet employees helping them in the execution of theirduties and responsibilities.
提供指导和援助，以帮助部门员工完成和履行职责。
2. Oversees the servicestandards in the outlet ensuring that they conform to the requisite standardsand meet or exceed customer expectations.
监督服务标准确保符合和达到部门的标准并超过客户的期望。
3. Liases with thekitchen, stewarding, housekeeping and engineering to ensure that theoperation runs smoothly in areas of joint responsibility.
联络厨房，管事部 ，客房，工程以确保在连带的工作区域运作顺利。
4. Prepares dutyrosters, and implements vacation and public holiday schedules.
准备排班表安排员工休假以及国家法定日的日程安排。
5. Assists in theplanning and execution of promotional activities as directed.
在指导下协助上司制订计划并付诸行动。
6. Maximizes revenue inthe outlet by implementing upselling procedures.
通过实施促销计划将厅面的收益最大化。
7. Procedure Monitorsand controls the financial performance of the outlet controlling costs andexpenses.
监测和控制财务状况以控制成本和费用支出。
8. Participates in thepreparation of the outlet’s annual departmental budget as directed.
