KEY RESULT AREAS
岗位职责/职位描述
1. 了解市场行情和趋势，能确定目标市场，监测和分析竞争对手的促销活动。
Identifying market needs and trends in industry, defining the target markets, monitoring and analysing competitor’s sales promotion and activities.
2. 保持与重要客户的个人联系。为了实现预测的收入，需从所有账户中招揽和维持业务。
Maintainpersonal contact with key customers. To solicit and maintain businessfrom all accounts in order to achieve the forecasted revenue.
3. 与全体员工进行日常销售简报，并确保销售人员在本地销售酒店的服务和产品，确保销售人员报价准确，符合酒店定价政策。
Conductdaily sales briefing with all staff and to ensure sales staffs are sellingservices and products of the hotel in their respective territories. Ensure rates quoted by sales staff are accurate and in line with hotel pricingpolicy.
4. 通过每周至少进行两次联合销售电话提供持续的销售培训，确保所有的销售活动得到有效管理。
Provideongoing sales training by conducting a minimum of two joint sales callsweekly. Ensure all sales activity is managed effectively.
5. 在部门内部及其他部门建立和维护有效的员工工作关系。
Establishand maintain effective employee working relations within the department andwith other departments.
6.在销售及市场部门实施和监督一个有效的管理系统，以确保顺利高效的运作。
Implementand monitor an efficient administration system in the sales and marketingdepartment to ensure a smooth and effective operation.
7. 帮助确定单个业务的来源，并分配资源来发展与他们的关系。
Helpidentify sources of individual business and allocate the resources to developrelationships with them.
8.监控销售产量，根据需要调整销售活动，帐户覆盖面和销售优先级，以实现计划目标。
Monitorsales production and adjust sales activities, account coverage and salespriorities as necessary to achieve plan goals.
9. 制定年度销售部门预算并执行销售计划和活动。
Developannual sales department budget and execute the sales programs and activitieswithin it.
10. 完成分配的其他职责。Completeother duties as assigned.
任职资格Qualifications:
1.三年以上本岗位工作经验。
Morethan 3 years of work experience in this position，
2.有较好的英文的口语及写作。
Good at English both speaking and writing.
