The Role 岗位职责:
1. Responsible for the overall work ofthesecurity, the GM in charge of work.
负责保安部的全面工作,向总经理汇报。
2. Responsible for personnel assignment, set-up of post and management of the selection, recruitment, incentives, dismissal insecurity department.
负责本部门内的人员调配,岗位机构设置和本部门内的选拔、聘用、奖惩、辞退等管理工作。
3. To develop various positions workflow andwork rules for the security department to customize the standard completion ofthe work.
制定各岗位的工作流程和工作细则为保安部更好的完成各项工作定制标准。
4. To lead all the staff of the Security to regularly conduct fireproofing and emergency response to a variety of drills toensure that security staff can readily dispatched.
带领保安部全体员工定期进行消防及针对各种突发情况的演练,保证保安员能随时出动。
5. To implement the "new Regulations of Fire" issued by the State Council and to help organize the implementation of the Fire Safety Commission issued the mandatory work.
贯彻执行国务院颁发的《新消防条例》,协助组织实施消防安全委员会下达的各项指令性工作。
6. In the event of fire, to rush to the sceneto assist commander in chief.
在发生火情的情况下,迅速赶到现场,协助总指挥工作。
7. To organize regular fire drills, to assistin the organization of all the staff to learn the hotel fire commonsense and fire training.
组织安排定期防火演习,协助组织酒店所有员工学习消防常识和进行消防训练。
8. To regularly keep contact with project maintenance, inspect the company's fire-fighting equipment, and put forward maintenance and replacement; if discovering abnormal or unforeseen circumstances,to in time report to authorities.
定期与工程维修联系,对公司内部的消防器材进行检查,提出维修、更换意见;发现或预见不正常的情况,应及时向上级报告。
9. Security manager is responsible for the training of knowledge and skills to improve security guards professional knowledge, and their quality, coordination, overall image.
负责保安员的业务知识和上岗技能培训,使保安员业务知识、自身素质、协调能力、整体形象不断得到提高。
10. To implement security principles, policiesand relevant laws and regulations, and establish and improve the security system, supervise and check the implementation situation of the security system.
贯彻执行安全保卫工作的方针,政策和有关法律、法规、建立并健全各项安全保卫制度,督促和检查各项安全制度的执行落实情况。
11. According to the security work of prevention policies, to carry out the four anti-(fire, theft, explosion, and injuryprevention safety) as the center of security and legal education in hotel.
根据“预防为主”的安全保卫工作方针,在酒店内开展以四防(防火、防盗、防爆、防治安伤害事故)为中心的安全教育和法制教育。
12. To strengthen internal public security management, timely know internal ideological of hotel staff and personnel changes in the trend, establish a sound internal security management regulations, establish staff defense system,establish staff files, exclude all unsafe factors.
根据“预防为主”的安全保卫工作方针,在酒店内开展以四防(防火、防盗、防爆、防治安伤害事故)为中心的安全教育和法制教育。
13. To implement the "who's in charge andwho is responsible" principle, implement safety responsibility system,assists departments to put security responsibilities including management of the departments work.
加强内部治安保卫管理,及时掌握酒店内部人员的思想动态及人员变动趋势,建立健全内部治安管理规章制度,建立员工保卫制度,建立员工档案,排查一切不利于安全的因素。
14. To focus on hotel key position, strengthen security management, precise precautions measures, strengthen inspections and the regional security control work, prevent and control all types of cases,regularly organize safety inspections and look for the factors of insecurity and discover vulnerability timely, rationalize opinions on reformation and for mulate corresponding measures.
贯彻“谁主管、谁负责”的原则,落实安全责任制,协助各部门把安全职责列入各部门管理工作当中。
15. Regularly to report to the Commission on Fire Safety work with the Fire Rescue Detachment or Squadron to maintain good relations, Coordination with the public security organs, and national securityorgans and other law enforcement agencies on criminal acts and to conduct investigation and evidence collection work.For hotel security and fire are notstrict and perfect, to have the right to the general manager, and improve it gradually.
定期向消防安全委员会汇报工作并与消防救援支队或大队保持良好关系。配合公安机关,国家安全机关以及其他执法机关对违法犯罪行为,进行调查取证的工作。对酒店治安保卫、消防等不够严密和完善的方面,有权向总经理建议,使其逐步完善。
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求:
With a college education or higher.
具有大专以上学历。
Not less than 10 years hotel related working experience.
不少于10年酒店相关工作经验。
Familiar with the Constitution, the CriminalCode, Fire Code, Civil Code, Foreigners Management Ordinance, the security administration punishment and other relevant laws and provisions of relevantlegislation; familiar with the knowledge of safety, security, confidentiality,the detection in tourism enterprises; knowing firefighting service, principle,performance and usage of firefighting equipment and facility, and basicknowledge of financial management.
熟悉宪法、刑法、消防法、民法,外国人管理条例、治安管理处罚条例等有关法律条文和有关法规;熟悉旅游企业安全、保卫、保密、侦破等有关知识;懂得消防业务,了解各种消防设备、器材的原理、性能和使用方法,了解财务管理基本知识。
With the organizational ability; having astrong sense of understanding and judgment; with the ability of handling unexpected events; with the expression ability in language and words; with the ability of common communication with customers in English.
有一定组织能力;有较强的理解判断力;具有较强处理突发 事件能力;有一定的语言文字表达能力;能用英语同客人就有关问题进行一般对话。
