The Role 岗位职责:
1. According to the new staff uniform, provide the uniform.
依据人事部发放的新员工制服申请单,发放制服。
2. Keep the uniform card safe.
认真保存制服管理进出统计卡。
3. Check the uniform, fix and tailor it in time.
检查送洗制服,将破损制服及时更换缝补。
4. Take the dirty and damaged uniform to linen captain.
将损坏、污染特别严重的工服交布巾室领班处理。
5. Check and make a list the dirty uniform to laundry room.
每日按时清点、登记将脏制服送洗衣房清洗。
6. According to standards, change the uniform. No one change the uniform except the Executive Housekeeper.
按照规定更换破损制服,未经客房部经理准许任何人不得擅自更换制服。
7. Make sure the uniform in the original location.
确保所有制服从洗衣房取回后整齐地放置在指定位置。
8. Keep the demission staff uniform well.
确保及时收回离职员工的制服,并处理好,以备待用。
9. Check clothes that cause controversy easily and report it, deal with the guest confirming order, and superior notice.
检查待洗衣物是否存在破损、掉色现象等易引起争议的问题并及时上报,在得到客人确认或上级通知洗涤的情况下才允许洗涤
10. According to different color and fabric, washing it in different ways.
根据衣物的不同颜色和面料进行分类洗涤。
11. Make sure the quality that match the guest’s needs.
保证所洗涤的衣物符合酒店及客人要求的质量标准。
12. Knowledge usage, dosage and performance of every detergent.
具备掌握各种洗涤剂性能,用量及用法的知识。
13. Reuse the old clothes.
改制各类报废的布件做到物尽其用。
14. Fixing the guests ‘clothes in any time.
随时处理客人衣物的修改。
15. Fixing the events by supervisor.
随时处理主管拿来需要修理的项目。
16. Finish other works assigned by leaders.
完成上级安排的其他工作。
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求:
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).
拥有酒店工作经验(特别是奢华品牌的酒店)。
Have professional training in hospitality industry.
接受过酒店专业的培训。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能够流畅的使用普通话或英语进行对话。
Having good communication skills.
良好的沟通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
正确应用基本电脑系统。
