Spa Supervisor 水疗主管

The Role 岗位职责：
1. Daily communication to all Spa Coordinators and Spa Attendants regarding daily/upcoming events through use of daily briefings, pass-on logs, memos, or any other means necessary.
通过每日简报、传递日志、备忘录或其他必要的方式，与所有水疗中心员工就每日/即将发生的活动进行日常沟通。
2. Will be involved in and responsible for the training of all new Spa Coordinators according to the requirements of the Spa and HR
根据Spa和人力资源的要求，参与并负责培训所有新的Spa前台。
3. Updating the Spa Coordinator Training Manual, procedures and new hire testing on a quarterly basis to reflect updates in procedures and tasks.
每季度更新水疗员工培训大纲，流程和新员工测试，以反映流程和任务的更新
4. Continual re-training of Spa Coordinators in areas that become apparent by creating action plans to correct coordinator mistakes.
对Spa员工进行持续的再培训，制定行动计划，纠正协调员的错误
5. Monitoring Spa Coordinator performance and assisting with information gathering for performance reviews.
监控Spa员工的表现，并协助收集信息进行绩效评估
6. Implementing new procedures for Spa Coordinators in order to improve productivity and service delivery.
为水疗中心礼宾员实施新程序，以提高生产力和提供服务
7. Assisting in recording Spa Coordinator and Spa Attendant infractions (tardiness, absence, insubordination, job performance issues etc.) and passing that information to Spa Management for corrective action with employees.
协助记录水疗中心礼宾员和水疗服务员的违规行为(迟到、缺勤、不服从、工作表现问题等)，并将这些信息传达给水疗中心管理层，以便与员工一起采取纠正措施。
8. Implementing up-sell incentives for Spa Coordinators to increase Spa revenues
对Spa员工实施追加销售激励，以增加Spa收入
9. Proactively working with the Lead Therapist and Lead Aesthetician to ensure sufficient staffing levels to meet business demands, smooth running of the operation and maintain an open line of communication between the therapist team and the desk staff.
积极与理疗师主管保持合作，确保有足够人手应付业务需要，确保运作顺畅，并与理疗师团队及接待人员保持畅通的沟通
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求：
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).
拥有酒店工作经验(特别是奢华品牌的酒店)。
Have professional training in hospitality industry.
接受过酒店专业的培训。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能够流畅的使用普通话或英语进行对话。
Having good communication skills.
良好的沟通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
正确应用基本电脑系统。
Minimum 3 years Spa experience for international luxury brands or affiliated five-star hotels.
拥有至少3年及以上国际奢华品牌或联号五星级酒店水疗工作经验。
