Spa Attendant 水疗服务员

The Role 岗位职责：
1. Follow proper payroll and key procedures
遵循正常上班考勤制度和上班流程
2. Follow proper procedures and keep to strict time management
遵循上班流程操作和严格的时间管理
3. Provide information and assistance to Resort guests as requested, give them an
orientation and be familiar with all Resort services and hours of operation.
根据客人的需求提供相应的信息和协助，介绍并熟悉服务流程和运营时间
4. Ensure all decoration throughout the Spa always looks fresh and to standard.
确保水疗中心所有装饰物品干净达标
5. Ensure the ambience of the spa is maintained to standard
确保水疗中心环境达到标准
6. Escort guests to and from the Spa, always being polite and calm
陪同客人时保持礼貌与平静
7. Co-ordinate duties between 2 spa attendant shifts so that Spa always looks immaculate.
遵从水疗中心服务员排班2班倒已确保水疗区域的整洁干净
8. Plan ahead to ensure delivery of fresh flowers and supplies when needed
每日营业前准备好鲜花
9. Work closely with the Engineering department to administer preventative maintenance
与工程 部有着良好的工作关系，确保设施设备的维修
10. Procedures and to limit equipment down time by ensuring proper care and use
正确的保养和使用设备
11. Report equipment malfunctions promptly and accurately
及时准确的报告设备故障
12. Receive and deliver information promptly and accurately
及时准确的接受和传递信息
13. Supplement heavy cleaning performed by Housekeeping by touching up sinks, counters, floors, showers, bath tubs, steam rooms and other areas as necessary
当有必要时,需要清洁水槽、柜台、地板、淋浴、浴缸、蒸汽房和其他区域
14. Work as part of a team to ensure effective running of Spa department
紧密的团队合作确保部门高效的运行
15. Prepare the treatment rooms for the guest
为客人准备理疗房
16. Receive goods from stores and deliver to spa safely
从仓库领货并送至水疗
17. Keep the linen and inventory room well organized and tidy
保持布草的盘点房摆放干净，整洁
18. Take reasonable care to perform duties as instructed, and to prevent injuries to self and
others.
根据正确指导，细心的工作，以防自己或别人受伤
19. Identify and report hazards
认知和报告危险
20. Ensure The Spa is closed down and all procedures followed at the end of the day
确保水疗中心在一天结束时完成所有工作程序
21. Respond properly in any Resort emergency or unsafely situation
在任何紧急或不安全的情况下都要做出适当的反应
22. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Resort management and staff

Talent Profile 能力&技能需求：
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).
拥有酒店工作经验(特别是奢华品牌的酒店)。
Have professional training in hospitality industry.
接受过酒店专业的培训。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能够流畅的使用普通话或英语进行对话。
Having good communication skills.
良好的沟通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
正确应用基本电脑系统。
