Security Supervisor 保安部主管

The Role 岗位职责：
1. According to the characteristics of the establishment and perfection of the rules and regulations, according to the actual situation and the actual operation, at least once a week and inspection system and the implementation of the plan and Implementation, adjust and supplement the not actual content.
根据本岗位的特点完善和建立各项规章制度，根据实际情况和实际操作，制定消防预案，每周不少于一次检查制度及预案的执行和落实情况，对其中的不实际内容进行调整和补充。
2. Each work daily to check on the fire control center, check the fire alarm record, understand the treatment results.
每个工作日均要对消防中心工作实行检查，查看火警报警记录，了解处理结果。
3. Once a week, organize an inspection of fire hazards. The inspection includes: fire extinguishing equipment, safety evacuation routes, safety indicator signs, the use of open flames, and the storage of items in public areas. Any identified hazards during the inspection will be reported to the assistant manager of the department.
每周组织一次对消防隐患的检查，检查包括：灭火器材、安全疏散通道、安全指示灯标志、动用明火情况、公共区域的物品存放情况，并将检查存在的隐患报告部门副经理。
4. Once a month, key departments are inspected. The inspected areas include: the power distribution room, elevator machine room, main machine room, and fire pump room. The inspection contents are: the availability and usage of fire extinguishers, and the implementation and execution of fire prevention regulations.
每月对要害部门进行一次检查，检查的部位包括：配电房、电梯机房、总机房、消防水泵房。检查内容：灭火器的配备使用情况，防火制度的落实及执行情况。
5. Assist the department head in conducting training, ensuring that all on-duty staff in the hotel are familiar with fire prevention knowledge, fire prevention common sense, fire extinguishing knowledge, know how to call the police, know how to assist in rescue, and know how to escape and save themselves. Under the arrangement of the Human Resources Training Department, conduct fire safety knowledge training for all hotel staff and new recruits.
协助部门负责人做好培训工作，使全酒店上岗员工知防火知识、防火常识，知灭火常识，会报警，会协助救援，会逃生自救。在人力资源培训部的安排下对全酒店员工和新入职员工进行消防常识的培训。
6. Each inspection report to the deputy manager security and the work arrangement of the fire department.
向保安部副经理汇报每次检查情况和主管消防部门的工作布置情况，向部门副经理汇报隐患的排查和整改措施的落实情况。
7. Ensure the effective and reliable operation of fire-fighting facilities. Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual inspections of fire-fighting equipment in advance. Report any identified safety hazards in writing to the department director.
保障消防设施的有效和可靠的工作，提前做好消防设施的月、季度、年度检查工作。就发现的安全隐患，以书面形式报告部门总监。
8. Manage the fire prevention archives for key positions, and establish key area archives for facilities such as the power distribution room, elevator machine room, main control room, and fire pump room. The contents include structure, height, location of the key areas, and the configuration of fire-fighting facilities.
对要害岗位的防火档案进行管理，对配电房、电梯机房、总机房、消防水泵房等建立要害部位档案。内容有结构、高度、要害部位位置、消防设施的配备情况。
9. Taking into account the actual situation of the hotel, make full use of the hotel's publicity and education channels to conduct fire safety knowledge education and remind about the key fire prevention points in different seasons. Adopt various promotional activities to enhance the fire prevention awareness and extinguishing capabilities of the staff.
结合酒店的实际情况，充分利用酒店的宣传教育窗口进行消防常识教育和不同季节的防火重点提示提醒，采取多样化的宣传活动，提高员工的防火意识和灭火能力。
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求：
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).
拥有酒店工作经验(特别是奢华品牌的酒店)。
Have professional training in hospitality industry.
接受过酒店专业的培训。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能够流畅的使用普通话或英语进行对话。
Having good communication skills.
良好的沟通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
正确应用基本电脑系统。
Minimum 3 years Security experience for international luxury brands or affiliated five-star hotels.
拥有至少3年及以上国际奢华品牌或联号五星级酒店保安部工作经验。
