IT Supervisor 信息技术主管

The Role 岗位职责：
1. Monitor system use and security, and file the system data every day, and place the copied disk in a safe place.
监控系统的使用和安全，每天拷贝系统数据并将拷贝的磁盘放置在安全的地方。
2. Apply system upgrades.
更新系统。
3. Analysis of system problems, rectify errors (seek external assistance if required).
分析系统问题，纠正错误（在需要时寻求外部帮助）。
4. Monitor systems procedures used, recording in the daily log if necessary, and revise where appropriate.
监控系统使用过程，在必要时记录在日志中，在需要的地方进行修改。
5. Assist users in making the best use of the information that is available.
协助用户最佳地使用可得的信息。
6. Maintain the integrity of data on the system, ensuring the Daily Backup is completed successfully.
维持系统数据的正确可信，确保顺利。
7. Devise and create better ways to track information as required by users.
按用户要求设计更好的追踪信息的方法。
8. Installing new Front and Back office modules and monitoring their progress. In addition, create the proper payroll format as required by the bank
安装新的前厅和后场模块，监控它们的进度。按银行要求设计合适的工资册格式。
9. Liaison with PMS/Hardware re. Software maintenance, support and hardware installed.
与PMS/硬件联络，软件的维护，支持和硬件的安装。
10. Maintain hardware/software (including the UPS) maintenance agreements and monitor costs on an ongoing basis.
维持硬件/软件（包括UPS）的养护协议。即时监控成本。
11. Correct system software/hardware + UPS problems/faults.
纠正系统软件/硬件+UPS的问题/错误。
12. Conduct training either in groups or on the spot to users.
成组或现场培训用户。
13. Ensure adequate supplies of DP consumables (e.g. ribbons, computer paper etc.)
确保电脑外围设备消费品的充分供应（如色带、电脑用纸等等）
14. Maintain detailed log of all DP equipment (i.e. serial numbers, make, model, what software is on each P.C., etc.)
保持所有电脑外围设备的详细日志（如序列号、来源、型号、安装程序等等。）
15. Coordinating needs to Departments, i.e., reporting, system use.
协调各部门的需要，如报告、系统使用。
16. Creating parameter reports for individual departments.
为个别部门制作参数报告。
17. Solve the IT problem for the guests in time.
及时帮住店客人解决电脑问题。
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求：
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).
拥有酒店工作经验(特别是奢华品牌的酒店)。
Have professional training in hospitality industry.
接受过酒店专业的培训。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能够流畅的使用普通话或英语进行对话。
Having good communication skills.
良好的沟通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
正确应用基本电脑系统。
Minimum 2 years IT experience for international luxury brands or affiliated five-star hotels.
拥有至少2年及以上国际奢华品牌或联号五星级酒店IT部工作经验。
