The Role 岗位职责:

Conduct quarterly inventory off all F&B related flatware, hollowware, glassware, crockery & cutleries. Maintain accurate records.
每个季度协助餐饮部清点所有的餐具,盘子,玻璃器皿,瓷器和刀具。坚持做到准确记录。
Maintain all Stewarding stores in impeccable order and cleanliness
保持所有的管事物品都无瑕疵,干净。
Maintenance and care of all stewarding equipment such as cleaning machines.
维护照顾所有设备,例如清洁机。
Manage and control stewarding chemicals in terms of par stock levels, safety and security.
依照存贮标准,安全规章,监管每日管事部门的化学品。
Organize schedules ensuring all areas have adequate staffing for their business levels.
合理组织安排确保所有区域都有管事人员。
Attend daily F&B briefing, highlighting any concerns and noting them on the minutes for follow up.
参加餐饮部的会议,并将出现的问题进行记录以便解决。
Conducts regular training on breakage controls for all staff.
参加员工的常规餐具破损控制培训。
Schedule and drives all deep cleaning schedules, including all freezers and chillers, overnight cleaning.
安排深度清洁,包括所有的冷冻箱,冷却机,每隔一夜打扫一次。
Drives incentive schemes for loss and breakage with internal and external vendors.
对于酒店的损失,与内外部供应商制定激励方案。
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求:
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).
拥有酒店工作经验(特别是奢华品牌的酒店)。
Have professional training in hospitality industry.
接受过酒店专业的培训。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能够流畅的使用普通话或英语进行对话。
Having good communication skills.
良好的沟通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
正确应用基本电脑系统。
Minimum 8 years Stewarding experience for international luxury brands or affiliated five-star hotels.
拥有至少8年及以上国际奢华品牌或联号五星级酒店管事部工作经验。
