客衣服务员 Guest Laundry

Duties & Responsibilities：
职责义务：
Collect & deliver guest laundry and linen according to schedule to ensure the operation time- table is followed.
按照计划收集和递送客衣和布草，确保遵守操作时间表。
Count, sort and checks all guest items received for dry cleaning, washing and pressing against accompanying lists, inspects for damages, stains, etc., separates and refers to superior all items with delicate materials that need special care and reports any defects noted.
清点、分类和检查干洗、湿洗和熨烫处所收取的客衣，以确保数目和清点单相一致；检查需注意损坏，染色等情况，如有任何细小和需特殊注意的事情应报告主管。
Marks all items according to code numbers for easy control and issuance.
将所有物品标号以便控制和分发。
Turns in all lost and found items.
所有捡拾的物品必须上交。
To ensure Guest Garments are clean, not damaged, well pressed and returned like
the guest has requested.
确保客人的衣物干净，不受损坏，熨烫整齐，并根据客人的需求送返。
To report any discrepancies on Guest Laundry, Dry Cleaning and Pressing to Laundry
Shift Leader.
及时向洗衣房主管汇报任何客人的衣物在水洗、干洗或熨烫过程中出现的损坏 。
Assists in pressing, do quality check on all Guest Garments processed daily and prepare all items to be returned to guests.
协助进行熨烫，并在客衣进行水洗、干洗或熨烫后且在衣物送返客人前进行检查 。
Ensures broken zippers, missing buttons are replaced.
修复损坏的拉链和纽扣。
Check before delivery if actual count corresponds to the laundry list and report to shift leader discrepancy noted.
在发放前检查数目是否与洗衣单一致，如发现不符的情况，立即向当班主管报告。
Provide duly accomplished delivery notice form when delivery of guest items cannot be made possible on account of Do Not Disturb sign, Double Lock, NO Response etc.
如在送返客衣时房间有“请勿打扰”标志，双重锁或没有应答，应做好记录并跟进。
Reports any missing items, discrepancies, health or safety hazard to Laundry Shift Leader
及时向洗衣主管汇报任何遗失物品，或者危害到酒店安全，员工健康的事项 。
Maintains responsibility for master keys in his/her possession.
严格遵守钥匙管理制度。
Clean and tidy working areas, equipment and high ceiling to ensure hygiene standard
is met all the time.
清洁和整理工作区域，设备和高空区域的卫生，确保达到卫生标准。
Report to supervisor the problems of machine, chemical, guest laundry to ensure the
protection of hotel & guest property.
向主管报告设备，化学品及客衣存在的问题，确保保护酒店和客人财产安全。
Protect and prevent any clothes from damaged by machine and chemical.
保护和阻止任何衣物受到设备和化学品的损坏。
Complete other duties as assigned.
完成其它分配的任务。
Qualification：
任职资格：
With good communication skills, with warm & smiling face, speak fluent , speak fluent Mandarin.
良好的沟通技巧，热情的微笑，普通话流利。
