1. Follow up with superior assignment on decoration, furniture furnishings, to finished daily maintenance work arrangement and management, supervision and inspection.

2. The regulations should always be strictly enforced, insure everyone operating according to the standard-criterion
严格执行操作工作规范,保证维修质量、并做好工作场地的防火安全和清洁工作。
3. Well keeping and repairing tools, equipment and facilities.
做好各类工具和工作器械的保管和保养工作,做好爱惜使用。
4. Put the talents of repair material, remember good account book by maintenance.
合理使用各种物料和零配件,及时做好耗用报账工作。
5. Receives guests, visitors, and candidates in professional manner and in the Bellagio way.
以专业的、宝丽嘉方式接待来酒店入住客人,遇到客人及时向对方问好。
6. Ensure the delivery of prompt, efficient and courteous service to guests, visitors and candidates.
如遇到客人有任何需求服务保证向客人提供及时、有效、礼貌的服务。
7. Harmonize with all of hotel colleagues.
以友好、礼貌的方式与酒店人员共同相处。
8. The Administrative Assistant also will organize job skills upgrading irregularly, greater skills.
部门将不定期作岗位技术提升指导培训,以此丰富员工的专业技能知识。
9. Dept. will organize cross-training who had the potential to grow.
部门确定有潜力的员工进行饭店间的交叉培训。
10. Familiar with the job profession skill, professional standards and knowing engineering construction, decoration.
熟悉本岗位专业技术、专业标准,懂得工程建筑、装修技术知识。
11. Familiar with safety in production, occupational safety and fire safety relevant regulations.
熟悉安全生产、劳动保护和防火安全等法规条例。
12. Hold the mount equipment repairing license.
有不同维修上岗专业证件。

任职资格:
1. Neat and pleasant appearance; Articulate; Good Health
仪表整洁,表达力强,身体健康
2. 1 year as Upholsterer in a similar size hotel.
应具备在相当规模饭店1年以上的经验
3. Self-starter; Team-builder; Goals oriented; Tactful and sensitive to employee needs; Positive role model; Ability to work long hours.
