工作职责：
Prepare Daily Food and Beverage Flash Cost Reports.
准备每日的食品和饮料成本报表
Prepare month end food and beverage cost reports.
准备每月月底的食品和饮料成本报表
Establish par stock levels for outlet beverage stocks and carry out monthly spot checks.
为营业点的饮料储备建立标准的库存水平，实行每月抽查和盘查。
Participate in weekly market surveys of fresh food items and flowers.
参与每星期新鲜食物类及鲜花的市场调查
Perform monthly comparisons of food and beverage cost percentage against other hotels.
将每月的食物和饮料成本与其他酒店进行比较。

Understanding of purchasing, storing and issuing stock control procedures.
