Ensure that all guest floors are properly manned. Do the necessary filling up of staff if there are absences to ensure uninterrupted housekeeping services in the guest floors through a wll staffed housekeeping pool.

Make sure all room attendants gets their job descriptions and if necessary explain each one.

Tactfully handle guest complaints, offer all possible assistance and Take appropriate action immediately.
