1.Ensures that the Hotels equipmentis operated in accordance with W Hotels Group standards, ensures hotel energycost and energy saving meet W Hotels Group standards, to ensure maximumefficiency and guest satisfaction。 确保酒店设备按W标准运行，确保酒店能源消耗及节能工作符合W标准要求，以确保工作效率及客人满意度。2.Assist the Engineer to finish the daily tasks, follow up renovationor repair projects, ensure the operation of the hotel is normally.协助工程师完成每天工作分派、改造、大修项目的跟进，确保酒店的正常运作。3.Executethe Repair, Maintenance and Engineering Operations according to thedepartmental standards维修，保养和工程设备操作工作要与部门要求相一致4.Assist theBuilding Service Engineer to ensure that all the system in good operation andall the complaints have been treated properly.协助楼宇设备工程师确保所有系统动作正常，及投诉都得到及时的处理。5.Responsiblefor the weekly, monthly and annually working and maintaining plan to ensurethat all talents have been fully understood.编写周、月和年度维修计划，确保全体英才完全理解。6.Receive& dispatch maintenance order & always check the finished working. Keeprecords of daily work being done.
