【岗位职责】
Maintain complete knowledge of
service requirements for each scheduled function: 对每个宴会或典礼的服务要求要有全面的了解
Check storage areas for proper
supplies, organization and cleanliness. Instruct designated personnel to
rectify any cleanliness/organization deficiencies.
检查仓库地区的存货量,摆放陈列和卫生情况。派指定的人去保持清洁卫生和整理货品陈列。
Establish par levels for
supplies and equipment. Complete requisitions to replenish shortages or
additional items needed for the anticipated business.
建立存货量和设备的平均标准。完成对库房的补货或对增加物品的采购。
Make weekly schedule in
accordance with staff assignment guidelines and business forecast. Adjust
schedule to comply with any needs.
根据具体情况制定每周员工的排班表。根据需要随时调整时间表。
After the meeting with the Chef
and Chief Steward, review the menu for the group and necessary equipments.
Ensure that delivery time, quantity, special requests are arranged as ordered.
在与厨师长和总管事开完会之后,察看团队菜单和所需设备。确保交货时间,质量和特殊要求都按要求安排好了。
在宴会举办前约见主办方的协调员/主办人,确定所有的细节问题。
Greet guests upon arrival and
assist in seating as required by group organizer in accordance with department
standard.
Work to create better a working
environment and raise motivation and productivity of staff to maximum level.

【岗位要求】
Diploma in Hotel Management,
Food & Beverage, or related field.
酒店管理,餐饮或相关专业的大专学历。
3 years related experience,
including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and
experience
3年相关工作经历,包括管理经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
