· Coordinate Floor checks and guest room pick ups

· Maintain communication between IRD and all supporting departments.

· Allocation of duties to different shifts and team members.
根据不同班次的同事和团队进行不同的职责分配。
· Checking of tray and table set up to ensure departmental standards is always maintained.
检查托盘和桌子,以确保部门的标准始终保持。
· Overall responsibility of cleanliness and maintenance of all equipment (including menus)

· Audits standards and takes note of guest feedback in order to make positive changes to the product/service offering of IRD.

· Conduct shift briefings and daily training sessions for all supervisors and colleagues.
