3. Responsible for the communication betweenreception, and floor regarding guest room status.

4. Notify floor supervisor of any changes in roomstatus and allocations.

5. Handle Lost & Found properties. Ensure allsurrendered Lost & Found items are properly labelled, recorded and storedas soon as received. Prepare weekly summary of Lost & Found items and submitreport to Director of Services.
