1. Ensure day-to-day operational efficiency of the section
确保每天工作能被有效地完成
1.1 Responsible for the cleanliness, orderliness, sanitary conditions and maintenance of all Hotel guestrooms, including service areas, linen pantries, service toilets and backstairs cases.
负责检查所有的客房清洁度和整洁度，确保所有的楼层、客房、都保持良好的卫生、清洁的状态。
1.2 Provide orientation and training of new employees, conduct continuous training and re-training and on-the-job training to subordinates according to approved system and procedures:
根据规定的流程对新员工进行工作指导，对员工培训、持续性培训、再培训以及实践培训
1.3 Perform regular inspections of guestrooms on the Floor:
执行日常楼层客房的检查
2. Duties and responsibilities责任及职责
2.1 Maintain guestrooms quality control progress.
确保客房清洁的质量
2.2 Inspect made-up and “turn downed” rooms for quality service daily
每天检查夜床服务的质量
2.4 Conduct weekly inspection of Floor pantries hallways. Backstairs, lift lobbies, services areas and ensure that they have gone through general cleaning.
每周定期检查工作间，后楼梯，电梯厅，工作区域，确保这些区域的总清洁
2.5 Check subordinates work frequently to make sure best performances are maintained
定期检查员工的工作，以便维持员工们最好的工作状态
