Job Responsibilities
岗位职责:
1. AssistCafeteria Kitchen Captain to prepare a variety of food for associates in the staff cafeteria.
协助员工餐厅领班准备员工餐厅的食品。
2. Complete daily duty. Constantly checking and inspecting for freshnesswith compliance of Marriott standards.
完成每天分配的工作任务。不断地检查餐厅的卫生以达到集团的标准。
3. Liaise with the Stewarding team to ensure that venue and kitchenequipment is maintained and in a sanitary condition and that adequate suppliesof operating equipment are always available.
与管事同事保持联络,确保保持厨房装备卫生。还有足够的运行装备补给能提供。
Job Requirements
岗位要求:
1. 1 to 2 years culinary experience within 5-star hotel and or restaurantequivalent.
在5星级的酒店或者相连的餐厅里有1至2年的厨房经验。
2. People building relationship
良好的人际关系
3. Effective decision-making skills
