· Attendantto hotel main entranceand City insider counter to greet and assist guests at all times.
随时在酒店主要入口和礼宾台问候和协助客人。
· Controlthe traffic at the hotel front entrance area, ensure hotel is well representedat the hotel main entrance.
管理酒店正门区域车辆交通，确保酒店主要出入口畅通。
· Actively assist all guests in the lobby pertaining to luggage deliveryduring guest check-ins and check-outs.
在入住和退房的高峰期，主动为大堂客人提供行李递送服务。
· Ensure thesafe delivery of all hotel and guest items to the stipulated destinations andmaintain proper hotel records of the delivery information according to hotelpolicy and procedures.
确保酒店和客人的所有物品安全送达指定地点，并遵循酒店政策与程序记录存档。
· Well know NiccoloInsider Information and hotel information, familiar with and updated IFSpromotion information, provide assistance and directions to all hotelpatrons.
精通城市、购物中心和酒店信息，熟悉并更新IFS促销信息，为酒店客人提供帮助和指引。
· Assist theNiccolo Insider Shift Leader when the City insider counter is busy and ensureall guest requests are met with satisfaction.
当礼宾台忙碌时协助礼宾主管，确保所有客人要求得到满意的回复。
· Carries outany other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
