岗位职责:
1.Responsible in achieving room andcatering sales target objectives of the hotel; Supervisors the Sales &Marketing department to ensure daily task are completed in a timely fashion;Overseas day to day sales efforts of senior sales manager, sales managers,account executives and coordinators, with specific responsibilities fordirecting sales, training and implementing action plans set forth in themarketing plan; Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constantcontact with the market and the customer base locally and internationallythrough customer relationship management; To act as the deputy of the directorof sales in his/her absence.

2.Identifying market needs and trends in travelindustry, defining the target markets, monitoring and analysing competitor’ssales promotion and activities.

3.Maintain personal contact with key customers andto back up the activities of any member of the sales team when required. Tosolicit and maintain business from all accounts in order to achieve theforecasted revenue.

4.Conduct daily sales briefing with all staffand to ensure sales staffs are selling services and products of the hotel intheir respective territories. Ensurerates quoted by sales staff are accurate and in line with hotel pricing policy.

5.Provide ongoing sales training by conducting aminimum of two joint sales calls weekly. Ensure all sales activity is managed effectively.

6.Establish and maintain effective employeeworking relations within the department and with other departments.

7.Implement and monitor an efficientadministration system in the sales and marketing department to ensure a smoothand effective operation.

8.Conduct international and domestic salestrips, attend local functions, trade shows and promotion to maintain a highlevel of exposure for the hotel in all markets.

9.Help identify sources of individual businessand allocate the resources to develop relationships with them.

10.Monitor sales production and adjust salesactivities, account coverage and sales priorities as necessary to achieve plangoals.

任职资格:
1.Minimum 3 years’college education, good at English both speaking and writing
至少三年大专学历,擅长英文口语和书写
2.Programs onpersonnel and training with qualified academic institutions or professionalseminars
专业人员和培训合格的学术机构或专业研讨
3.Minimum 5 yearsinternational hotel experience in sales and marketing, including 3 years in amanagerial capacity
