岗位职责:
1.Meet and exceed sales target set inthe monthly and yearly forecast and to direct all efforts towards maximizingthe hotel’s profit on all operating departments.

2.Assist inidentifying market needs and trends in travel industry, defining the targetmarkets, monitoring and analysing competitor’s sales promotion and activities.

3.Implement aneffective sales plan and promotional activities for the department; to organizean effective selling approach to be used by members of the sales team; toconduct sales calls and to develop and maintain new potential, productive accountsin local, domestic and overseas market.

4.Supervisessubordinates to ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely fashion.

5.Superviseand ensure sales staffs are selling services and products of the hotel in theirrespective territories. Ensure rates quoted by sales staff are accurate and inline with hotel pricing policy.

6.Maintain anefficient customer filing system and to ensure all sales activity is managedeffectively.

8.Assist toimplement and monitor an efficient administration system in the sales andmarketing department to ensure a smooth and effective operation.

任职资格:
1.Minimum 3 years’college education, good at English both speaking and writing
至少三年大专学历,擅长英文口语和书写。
2.Minimum 3 yearsinternational hotel experience in sales and marketing, including 1 years in amanagerial capacity

3.Programs onpersonnel and training with qualified academic institutions or professional seminars
