· Monitor and manage all the designed artworks/ photos/videos.

· Ensures proper records ofmaterials taken from /returned to department are maintained.

· Complete design tasksbased on work order requests.

· Set up internal trace systemfor better time management and planning.

· Undertakes production ofadvertisement, collateral and other projects.
负责各类广告、宣传品及其他设计项目的制作。
· Oversee layout and designof advertisements, hotel collateral and other projects.
监督酒店广告、宣传品及其他设计项目的设计和排版工作。
· Propose new and creativeideas / concepts to improve overall collateral standard.
为整套宣传品印刷标准提出具有新意的理念和想法。
· Co-ordinate the designand production schedule with Communications Manager to meet all job deadline.
与市场传讯经理沟通协商制作日程，确保在截止日前完成。
· Presents ideas andsuggestions and consults with Marketing Communications Manager on specialprojects, special events that required themed decorations.
特别项目、活动时，提出想法和建议并与市场传讯经理商量，确定主题布置方案。
· Determines style,techniques to meet desired effect.
确定式样、印刷技术以实现预期效果。
· Liaises with PurchasingDepartment and work with suppliers and other departments to professionally andcompetently execute all projects.
与采购部门保持联系，与供应商及其他部门良好沟通，专业并出色地完成所有任务项目。
· Undertakes specialassignments for special events and special projects relating to thedecorations, theme and set-up for banquet events.
负责特别活动和项目的美化装饰、主题设计、宴会活动的场地布置等。
· Regularly evaluate design related work reports and developmentrecommendations, and develop design work plans in collaboration with thecompany's goal development.
定期评估设计板块工作报告和发展建议，协同公司发展制定设计板块工作规划。
· During specific promotional period and special events,Typing and retouching the newly developed products and combined with thecharacteristics of the goods to create graphic, aesthetic and pictures.
在特定的节点及特殊活动期间，对新开发的产品进行排版、美化产品图片，结合商品的特性制作成图文并茂、有美感、有吸引购买力的排版图片。
· Develop a design relatedtraining plan for your department and complete your training tasks on a regularbasis.
制定本部门设计相关的培训计划，定期完成培训任务。
· Responsible for theoverall brand visual design work, responsible for brand design, canindependently complete creative and marketing visual design.
负责整体品牌视觉设计工作，对品牌设计负责，能独立完成创意及市场营销视觉设计等。
· Lead creativeimplementation work, complete the projects, logo, VI, brochures and a varietyof promotional materials and other brand design, tracking, control projectquality to meet the brand standard.
领导创意执行工作，进行项目logo，VI， 画册及各种推广物料等品牌设计，跟踪、把控项目品质达到设定标准。
· Perform all other dutiesas required.
