岗位职责:
1. Handle all internal and external telephone calls for guests and hoteldepartments, providing warm and friendly assistance to all callers. Providingefficient telephone services based on established hotel standards to ensurethat optimum services is provided to hotel guests.
处理酒店客人及部门之间的内外线电话,为来电者提供热情友好的帮助。根据酒店服务标准为酒店客人提供高效的服务。
2. Ensure good telephone etiquette is observed atall times; Speak clearly and unhurriedly at all times and listens carefullywhen speaking over the telephone to ensure no miscommunication throughout each conversation.Repeat all messages to callers to confirm accuracy of the message at all times.
随时保持良好的电话礼仪,讲话清晰,语速适中,在通话中认真倾听,避免误解。所有留言都需要重复客人的内容,保证留言的准确性。
3. Report any equipment or system defects or conflicting guest situationsto the manager for immediate rectification.
有任何关于设备或者系统方面的问题以及客人的冲突要及时报告给经理,以便及时解决。
4. Ensure all ‘Wake-up’ calls are correctlyrecorded and executed as per guest requests.
保证所有的叫醒要求能够准确记录并提供准时叫醒服务。
5. Be familiar with the extension numbers of the Hotel departments andmanagers in order to provide timely transfer of telephone calls accordingly.
熟悉酒店各部门的分机号码以便准确快速的转接电话。
6. Ensure good telephone etiquette is observed atall times; Speak clearly and unhurriedly at all times and listens carefullywhen speaking over the telephone to ensure no miscommunication throughout eachconversation. Repeat all messages to callers to confirm accuracy of the messageat all times.

7. Ensure that telephone charging system is checked regularly forsuccessful transfer of telephone charges for all telephone calls made,reporting any abnormality to Service Center Manager.
定期检查电话计费系统,保证计费系统正常运作,如有任何异常情况,及时报告给服务中心经理。
8. Ensure all respective colleagues are informed atonce in case of emergency, such as fire, bomb threat.
在发生紧急情况例如火灾、炸弹恐吓的时候,负责立即通知到酒店相关人员。
9. Handle guest complaints and report dailyoccurrence and irregularities to the Guest Service Center Shift Leader.
处理客人投诉,报告每日发生事件及特殊情况报告给主管。
10. Carries out any other reasonable duties andresponsibilities as assigned.
执行分派的任何合理任务和额外职责。
任职资格:
1. Minimum collegeeducation or studying in college
至少大专学历或大专在读
2. Hospitalityrelated certification (Preferred but not required)
酒店相关专业(非必须)
