岗位职责:
1.To assist the Human Resources Department by fulfilling various humanresources functions including, recruitment and Selection, Remuneration andadministration.
协助完成人力资源部相关工作,包括人员筛选,招聘安排,薪酬福利及行政内勤事务。
2. Arrange job applicants fill the application form before the interview.
接待求职者,安排填写《职位申请表》。
3. Manage the internal documents transfer and filing.
负责部门内部文件文档的传签及归档。
4. Manage the keys of colleague's locker.
管理员工更衣柜的钥匙并且定期抽查备用钥匙
5. Assist and support management and the leadership team with handlingand resolving Human Resources issues.
协助并支持领导团队处理人力资源相关事宜。
6. Manage the operation of Dormitory (included shift change dormitory),provide advice to Director of Human Resources.
管理宿舍(包括倒班宿舍)的运作,为人力资源总监提供建议。
7. Create and maintain new hire files and enter them into HR Systems.
在人力资源管理系统中录入新入职员工个人资料并定期维护。
8. Manage Health Certificate. Generate expiration report and informassociates to do health check before one-month notice and ensure allcertificates are valid. Regularly complete the payment process for healthcertificate fees
管理员工健康证,每月首一个星期发送下月健康证即将到期报告,通知部门和员工及时体检,确保健康证都在有效期内,定期完成健康证费用支付流程。
9. Actively listen to and consider the concerns of other colleagues,responding appropriately
and effectively.
积极倾听员工的心声并正确恰当有效地作出回复。
10. Partner with and assist others to promote an environment of teamworkand achieve common goals.
协助他人并促进积极团队合作环境,努力实现共同目标。
任职资格:
1.Minimum 3 years' college education
至少三年大专
2.Professional Personnel Seminars(Preferredbut not required)
人力资源证书(非必须)
