1. Assist with information technology support and troubleshooting ensuringthe highest level of computer performance, efficiency and security.

2. Meet with hotelstaff/clients to ascertain/understand their needs and provide prompt andprofessional assistance and support.

3. Set up and organizeworkstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials.
设置并组织工作站指定的供应品,表格和资源材料。
4. Conducts periodictests and inspections to ensure all departments are complying with requiredprocedures.

5. Identify trainingneeds and recommend actions in order to resolve those needs.

6. Assist in themonitoring of all related hotel systems and ensure proper operation andcondition.

7. Monitor inventory andsupplies and ensure that replenishments are ordered in a timely manner. Report shortages immediately to supervisor.

8. To perform anyadditional tasks assigned to ensure that the hotel functions smoothly.

任职资格:
1. Secondary schoolleaving or equivalent.
高中或同等学历
2. Diploma orVocational Certificate in Computer Science or Information Technology or relatedfield.
