岗位职责:
1. Become familiar with any assignedsales file, review proposal, and discuss profile on group with the appropriatesales personnel.
熟悉任何分配销售文件,审查报价,并与适当的销售人员讨论团体的信息。
2. Contact the client / meeting plannerby phone to introduce and follow up with a letter.
打电话与客户/会议企划者交流并且以书面的形式进行追踪。
3. Customize selling approach to theclient’s / meeting planner’s needs to maximize sales.
为了把销售量最大化,需要有不同的客户/会议企划者的方案。
4. Specialize Food and Beverageprograms by tailoring to fit client’s needs.
为客户提供相应的餐饮配套。
5. Always ready to anticipate clientand guest needs well in advance.
一直会提前把客户的需求放在首位。
6. Acts as a liaison between client /meeting planner and all hotel operations department.
能有效地联络客户/会议企划者与酒店运行部门的配合。
7. Always maintain a professional imageboth in appearance/attire and conduct when dealing with the client/meetingplanner and fellow hotel employees.
在与客户的交流中能一直保持专业的形象,不管在外表或言行举止。
8. Demonstrate appropriate timelinessin preparing contract to client/meeting planner within 48 hours.
能在48小时内,准备合同给客户/会议企划者。
9. Prepare all BEOs and GroupResumes no later than 07 days prior to the group’s arrival.
准备好所有宴会编排表,团的资料在团队达到七天之前。
10. Meet orexceed monthly Catering Forecast.
达到或者超出每个月的宴会预算。
任职资格:
1.Minimum 3 years’college education, good at English both speaking and writing
至少三年大专学历,擅长英文口语和书写。
2.Minimum 1 years’international hotel experience in sales and marketing
至少一年国际品牌酒店市场销售部经验
其他要求
- 国际联号工作经验:优先
- 语言要求:英语-良好,中国普通话-熟练
- 计算机能力:良好
