RB&E Sales Manager 餐饮销售经理

岗位职责：
1. In line with prescribed Niccolo policies and procedures. Overallresponsible for administration and operations of the sections appointed in theRB&E division. Maximize profits, saving cost and guest satisfaction.

2. Assistto ensure that the RB&E activities are aligned with the respectiveCorporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented whereappropriate.

3. Restaurant/Bar Sales & Customer Relationship.

4. Solicit new and existing guests in RB&E to meet/exceed revenue goals.This will consist of telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, siteinspections, private room and table visits, written communication and filemaintenance.

5. Ensure all the RB&E promotional materials are sent to targetcustomers.

6. Work closely with PR on RB&E promotions.

7. Prepare monthly reports, that consist of Restaurant Progress Chart,Competitive Analysis, Positioning Statement, Guest Utilization.

8. Permanently extending guest preferences and database.

9. Analyse each promotionProfit and Loss.

10. Carry out any otherreasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

任职资格：
1. Secondary Schoolgraduate or above.
初中及以上学历。
2.Catering schoolcertificate is an advantage.
餐饮学校文凭者优先。
3.At least 2 yearworking experience on the same position in RB&E.
至少2年在同等职位上的管理工作经验。
