岗位职责:
1. Handle the delivery of luggage, newspapers, mails, documents and otheritems in the hotel, providing warm welcome to all patrons to the hotel when onduty. Well known and update the city information, such as shopping mall,restaurants, entertainment, scenic spots etc., enable to provide timelyaccurate city insider information to guest.
处理酒店内行李、报纸、邮件、文件和其它物品运送服务,为客人提供热情问候和酒店指引。精通并实时更新城市信息,如:购物中心、餐饮、娱乐、景点信息等,能为客人提供准确的相关信息。
2. Attendant to hotel main entrance and City insider counter to greet andassist guests at all times.
随时在酒店主要入口和礼宾台问候和协助客人。
3. Control the traffic at the hotel front entrance area, ensure hotel iswell represented at the hotel main entrance.
管理酒店正门区域车辆交通,确保酒店主要出入口畅通。
4. Actively assist all guests in the lobby pertaining to luggage deliveryduring guest check-ins and check-outs.
在入住和退房的高峰期,主动为大堂客人提供行李递送服务。
5. Ensure the safe delivery of all hotel and guest items to thestipulated destinations and maintain proper hotel records of the deliveryinformation according to hotel policy and procedures.
确保酒店和客人的所有物品安全送达指定地点,并遵循酒店政策与程序记录存档。
6. Well know Niccolo Insider Information and hotelinformation, familiar with and updated IFS promotion information, provideassistance and directions to all hotel patrons.
精通城市、购物中心和酒店信息,熟悉并更新IFS促销信息,为酒店客人提供帮助和指引。
7. Assist the Niccolo Insider Shift Leader when theNiccolo Insider counter is busy and ensure all guest requests are met withsatisfaction.
当礼宾台忙碌时协助礼宾主管,确保所有客人要求得到满意的回复。
8. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
执行分派的任何合理任务和额外职责。
任职资格:
1. High School
至少高中学历
2. Hotel BellServices experience preferred.
酒店礼宾部经验(非必须)。
其他要求
- 国际联号工作经验:优先
- 年龄要求:18-30岁
