职位描述 Job description
1.负责为市场销售部有策略的制定符合酒店经营目标的营销计划。
Responsible for developing a marketing plan for the hotel within the Sales & Marketing department which reflects the strategic objectives of the hotel.
2.负责管理和执行实现市场营销计划目标所需的相应策略来实现既定的收益目标。
Responsible for implementing and managing the strategies required to achieve the marketing plan objectives and meet agreed sales revenue targets.
3.保持积极正面的社会形象并时刻了解当地的生意趋势。主动参与业务相关的各类组织。
Maintain a positive community image for self and hotels and remain current on local business trends. Participate in voluntary organisations which are business related.
4.制定、开发和执行各类必要的工作系统及流程,以确保销售、市场及预订各分部各司其职。
Plan and develop and implement all systems and processes necessary to ensure the successful consolidation of the Hotels' Sales, Marketing and Reservations.
5.制定并贯彻执行酒店每年的市场营销计划。
Direct the development and implementation of the Hotels' consolidated annual sales and marketing plan.
6.带领销售、市场、预订及公关部按照既定的时间线实现全年的市场营销目标。
Direct the Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Public Relations Departments within the Consolidated Marketing Office to achieve the objectives laid down in the annual sales & marketing plan in the timeframe specified.
7.与其他部门的经理们保持定期联系,为他们提供和分享对九龙仓酒店管理集团有益的指导和经验。
Liaise on a regular basis with the Managers of other departments to provide guidance and share experience for the benefit of WHM.
任职要求 Qualifications
1.大学本科毕业,酒店管理相关。
University graduate for hotel management related.
2.至少十年中国区国际品牌酒店市场销售部经验。
Minimum 10 years' experience in Sales & Marketing with International Hotels in China.
3.极好的英文交流能力,能与内部所有同事及客人有良好的沟通
能力。
Good command of English and communications skills, Able
to interact well with all levels, Good guest contact skills.
