Administration行政管理
·Conduct daily walk thru to set standards of hygiene in food production areas and all RB&E operating areas. Inspect equipment to insure safe handling and safe use and washing.
在餐饮和厨房的各个分部管理和监督日常的酒店卫生标准,检查所有的操作设施设备是否符合食品安全标准和清洁卫生。
·Initiate requisition for materials and supplies and present it for approval.
提交所需原材料和物资供应的清单并给予上级审批。
·Liaise closely with Director of RB&E and Chef Team for new methods of good hygiene practice and safe food handling.
保持和餐饮总监,厨师团体的密切联系并一起实施新的和有效的食品卫生安全条例。
· Monitor daily hotel wide hygiene log books of all sections; carry out all reasonable duties as assigned by management.
监督所有分部门的卫生记录表并进行有效合理的整改。
·Be familiar with safety, emergency and first aid procedures; supervise food items for correct quality and handling of goods.
熟悉安全保障,突发事件和急救的程序及步骤,检查食品的质量和食品加工者是否按要求处理食品。
·Complete other duties as assigned.

·Ensure the delivery of brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
确保所有员工遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。
·Provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
确保员工同样在适当的时候为其他部门的内部客人提供优质服务。
·Spend time in all RB&E outlets (during peak periods) to ensure safe hygiene practices are managed well by the respective colleagues.
在餐厅区域花时间巡视(高峰时段)以确保员工很好地管理餐厅区域并使各项活动达到预期满意度。
Operational 营运
· Ensure that minimum brand standards have been implemented.
确保酒店所有的乃至最细小的品牌标准都要被贯彻执行。
· Embrace all the standard of Wharf Hotels Global expectations
遵循执行全球九龙仓酒店期望值。
· Carry out inspection on Restaurants, Bars & Events operation with Executive Chef frequently and thoroughly.
与行政总厨一起对餐饮营运进行频繁而全面的检查。
· Supervise usage of fresh products in the meal preparation procedure.
监督餐饮准备中新鲜产品的使用。
· Communicate on daily operations and quality control with culinary closely.
针对每日营运和质量控制与厨房密切沟通。
Other Duties 其他职责
·Exercise responsible management and behavior at all times and positively representing the hotel management team and Wharf International.
在任何时间表现负责的管理和行为,并以积极的形象代表酒店管理团队和九龙仓国际。
·Understand and strictly adhere to Rules and Regulations established in the Colleague Handbook and the hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.
理解并严格遵守员工手册中的规章制度以及涉及到消防、卫生、健康和安全的酒店政策。
· Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
确保高标准的个人形象和仪容仪表。
· Respond to changes in the Restaurants, Bars & Events function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
根据行业、公司和酒店对于餐饮部职能要求的变化做出反应。
· Attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.
需要时参加培训课程和会议。
· Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
执行分派的任何合理任务和额外职责。
