To be responsible for the proper operation,
repair & maintenance of LV equipment & system. 负责低压电力设备及系统的操作、维修及保养工作。Strictly follow
the “SAFETY RULES AND REGULATIONS” when work carried out. 进行维修时，严格遵守安全规章制度。To carry out the
preventive maintenance for equipment, and upkeep them in good working condition. 能够对酒店设备进行预防性保养维修，使之保持良好的工作状态。To familiarize the
specification, operation, electrical diagram and repairing procedure of
individual electrical equipment and appliance. 熟悉每一电气设备及用具的性能、操作、电气图表及维修程序。To assist and perform new work, repair and maintenance for the oil paint and decoration work of carpentry, furniture andmason.协助及执行木器、家具、泥水及油漆及装饰的新建工作，维修及保养工作。To assist in solving any problems on carpentry, painting and mason of hotel facilities.协助解决木器、家具、泥水及油漆及装饰的新建工作，维修及保养的有关问题。To attend emergency calls, e.g. fire alarm, lift breakdowns and pipe bursting. 如有紧急事故，需立刻前往。例如火警，升降机故障和水管破裂等。 Hold electronic
and mechanical basic skill. 掌握弱电与机修基础技能。To familiarize the
specification, operation of below equipment and system, 熟悉以下设备的性能、操作：Laundry equipment,
such as press, flat ironer, washing machine, tumbler, dry cleaning and
air-compressor etc; 洗衣房设备--夹机、平烫机、水洗机、烘干机、干洗机、空压机等；Kitchen equipment,
such as electrical/gas oven, dish washing machine, bakery machine, soup kettle,
coffee machine etc; 厨房设备—电、气、炉灶、洗碗机、烘机、汤炉、咖啡机等；Water supply and
sewerage; 给排水系统—管网的布局；Plumbing
equipment: domestic water pump, sewer pump, fire pump, etc; 给排水设备:生活水泵,污水泵,消防泵等；Raining water
system network-piping work; 雨水系统；To carry out above
system and equipment preventive maintenance and repair. 对上述设备进行预防性保养维修使之保持良好的工作状态。To install and
test new equipment. 新设备的安装与调试。To keep patrol and
record gas/ water daily consumption. 巡查并记录每日燃气用量及用水量。
To prepare shift duty roster for duty technicians of concerned sections. 为所属需要轮班的技术人员，预备 / 制定轮班职务时间表。To comply with the safety regulations. 遵照当地的安全守则而进行。To assist colleagues of other sections to perform daily maintenance and repair work. 协助其它部门的同事，执行每日的保养及维修工作。To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.执行分派的任何合理任务和额外职责。
